Wolfe hasn't released the mod to the public yet citing issues with getting her clothing physics to work properly though hopefully that'll be fixed in the near future.

She won't exactly have any of her iconic attacks like Dolphin Blow or Meteodrive considering she's using Josie's moveset though the Tekken 7's hybrid kickboxing style is also a good fit all around it seems. Tifa's design here is clearly based upon her Final Fantasy 7 Remake appearance which looks pretty great moving through Tekken's engine.
